Average Plate Appearance: Ratings

I was fiddling around with numbers while watching TV this evening. Thought I'd do a quick update. Bottom line: with our use of relative ratings, it seems that a rough eyeball test says that a "50" overall is moving to be close to truly average--which seems to be pretty good. Also, there's a little variance in the component numbers, so it's a little dangerous to just say "average" = 6 (or whatever)

PITCHERS
Overall = 52
Stuff = 7.1
Movement = 5.9
Control = 6.3

BATTERS
Overall = 51.1
Contact = 6.4
Gap = 6.5
Power = 5.9
Eye = 5.5
AvK = 6.5

So, just curious, how are you able to verify this? Are you able to go into the player editor to check it?
