Yes. Any communication works. That said, there are some guys who only access the league through the forums. So unless you work out other options, starting with a PM is often the most reliable way to get hold of guys.

i know im new but i use discord & slack a lot - works better for on the go type of communication IMO - looking at the constitution - seems like branching out you'd now have to track GM participation via two (or 3) if you gonna include slack activity. I've been around forums/BBS since back in the last 80s/early 90s. I do like the new ways better... but the forums still have their place... there clear as mud
