I noticed the OSA top systems appears to be set to annually instead of dynamic in the settings. So I looked at the league settings board post which is locked and the settings show it should be set at dynamic instead of annually. Did we change the settings? If it was dynamic the players drop off the list at 76 service days and is no longer considered a prospect. We have several prospects on the prospect list with 1 year of service time. If we decided to change it back to annual I am ok with that although I prefer dynamic but the league settings post is not up to date.
