lol wow, not to mention that perales sucks and is a walking IL stint...[/b]
If you all would take a look, you'd see that it was calculated. He's under 6 years of service time. So he goes to arbitration. So I have 3 years of TC if I'd like. And I'm not sure you've seen how bad my pitching is. Walking IL or not, I have the money to take a shot on him. So.. yeah...
You beat me again. Your situation is similar to mine the SP situation is so bad it never hurts to take chances. If you have the cash these are the type of risks you take. With that injury history and his terrible numbers he probably won't figure it out but you have arbitration on your side and he just turned 24 so yes in my opinion why not.

it is kind of nuts that with 1 week to go in the season, the only team officially eliminated from the FL playoff race is Vancouver.
Image and to think, the team from Portland will be ahead of the team from up North this time next season!!!!

Mexico City is now scheduled to play four double headers in a row. One with San Antonio, and three with Wichita...on four days in a row. Holy cows.
And they finish the last game of the season against the Blazers. I am upset I have to fly from Montreal all the way to Mexico City for 1 game because they won't put that roof on. Hopefully the Blazers can make them pay for this unnecessary trip we have to take and eliminate them on the last day of the season :D

Who's that genius in Long Beach that decided not to sell at the deadline?

Also want to mentioned we've improved by 5+ wins a year since bottoming out in 2036. 7 win improvement with 7 to go. Hoping to snag at least 3 wins to push that to 10. I consider getting back over 70 successful enough but improving by 10 games will be a big win going into the offseason.

So If I understand the schedule right it will be 7 days on Saturday and then another sim on Sunday for 2 days correct?

We generally split it by series, so the entire last series will be in the final sim.

You should build the roof and make Mexico City pay for it.

It might be cheaper to build the wall or roof whatever I need to build myself than fly from Montreal to Mexico City for 1 game.

Kind of interesting that the top 6 RD in the JL are in line to all make the playoffs, also with the possibility of the top two being the ones to get a bye. All is right with the world.

I actually have a game scheduled October 1st (due to a rainout last sim) against Brooklyn as well. You do have a chance to play spoiler, but the penultimate not final chance.

Wow, we have just collapsed in the second half of the season.
Time to pull out the old hidden 8-0 finish trick.
