So just curious, I am unable to download the latest league file: it tells me "Error: could not download league file". Are others having this problem?

5-1, bumped to 96 fan interest, and my top two hitting prospects are filling out fast and furious. Best sim we've had in a long time.

Never considered checking fan interest (or chemistry, etc.) after each sim. Usually something I look at two or three times a year but that's when I was playing in online leagues with a bunch of amateurs. Probably a good idea to pay more attention now that I'm playing with the big boys and a Genius.

Eh. You don't really have to check it each sim. But you should definitely consider how your moves will affect FI. (i.e. signing those popular abitration eligible players to one year deals can bump FI; cutting a high local popularity player will knock your FI down a peg, can you just demote him instead; is there a high popularity free agent who will sign for the league minimum and you have a potential roster spot; etc)

Side note - OOTP20 auto-updated this morning when I opened it (Steam), so maybe there's an issue with version differences.
