Rule 5 Draft Process “Primer”

I was asked about this via a side conversation, but with a suite of new guys rolling in, it seems like it would be better to not this here.

1. Draft Lists: Our Rule 5 process happens in game and in a single sim. This means that in order to draft multiple players, you need to create a full draft list, and then remember to copy it into the second and third and … whatever rounds.
2. 40-Man Roster Moves: If you still need to pull guys off the list (put them on your 40-man roster that’s fine. Remember that other teams might do that, too…so guys you put on your list may not actually be available when the process runs.
3. Returns: If, after drafting a player, you decide to return them, you do so by placing a note in “ping commish.”
