Phoenix Players Reinstating Clubhouse Kangaroo Court?
There has been talk of several members of the Talons reinstating the long-dormant kangaroo court in the team clubhouse.

"There's too much horsing around and too many clubhouse faux pas going on here. Someone's got to step up and make these guys accountable again," said team leader Sergio Córdova with a wide smile on his face. "I'm nominating myself as the judge, jury, and executioner."

Kin Suffers Major Injury, Career Over
Charm City's general manager announced that 29-year-old Zhuo-cheng Kin suffered a severe injury this afternoon against the Nashville Goats, and the reliever's baseball career is over.
Kin was diagnosed with a torn labrum.

This season Kin has made 11 relief appearances with no saves. In 20.2 innings he has fanned 10 hitters and recorded no wins and no losses with a 4.79 ERA.

Someone Got Busted! Nate Horswill Pays for Clubhouse Mishap
Apparently the Phoenix kangaroo court really is in effect.

Youngster Nate Horswill was fined $100 by judge Sergio Córdova for the seemingly harmless infraction of stepping on the team logo in the middle of the clubhouse floor.

"That's a big no-no,, Córdova said. "Come on, you should know better than that - walk around the logo!"

Other teammates agreed as Horswill hung his head in shame and grudgingly forked over the $100 bill.

"Let this serve as a lesson," added Córdova. "Don't mess with the kangaroo court or you will pay!"
