That's an indication of (1) how good Rockville is, and (2) how skewed the talent pool is toward the Frick.

It's all ebb and flow. Most of the rebuilding teams in the Johnson have a solid track record. Rockville is going to have a run but will have a really hard time keeping the band together in a year or two. By that time the pack will be catching up.

Yes. I'm not saying the Rockville/Frick dominance is a bad thing. It's just where the league is right now. Inertia will move us to another spot soon.

Still, it's good to recall that we all know the Heartland will always be the best division in baseball.

Forgive me. I assumed most people would understand I meant more combustible than usual due to your recent epic draft class but I shouldn’t have assumed that. My bad.

Ted and I have talked about this a bit. I suspect most people are going to be unable to really get their heads around the difference. It will probably not be as bad (combustible) as some are thinking, but will be much worse than others might think if they aren't familiar with the concept of how we're paying for "fun" drafts.

Same for the player aging curve--which will shift younger on both sides.

As noted in the latest Governing Board announcement, though, rather than cranking things too hard all of a sudden, I suspect we'll be addressing this in a controlled fashion over the next few seasons. Any changes will be discussed/ announced publicly, though (he says, pretending to speak for Matt). :bag:

I think the All-Star rosters are 30 positions big if I recall right.

OK. I'll have to work on the last three but I'm almost there.

FYI for all truck league GMs I did NOT pick the reserves. When I went to bed last night the voting was still open but I had a preliminary list based on results at that time (posted below). When I woke up i saw a PM from 1250 am saying the rosters were needed and before I got a chance to send them the sim was run at about 730. This is exactly why I said more time was needed between the end of voting and the reserve selections.
