Edit: I just figured out it doesn't like when I select "all teams" but works when I choose Major League only.

For the past months, I have been unable to use the url converter which has been a pain in my ass...any suggestions? I have tried using both Chrome & Microsoft Edge.

Here is what I am putting in:

Here is what I get in return:

I've seen a couple people mention having issues. But I haven't had them. I know that isn't helpful. Just me saying I don't what the issue could be if it works for some but not for others.

It works for me most of the time but it doesn't like anyone with a accent in their name and for some reason anyone named Carlos. I have a couple with first names of Carlos and it just won't do theirs

And in order to keep this working I have to still keep updating OOTPOU....so guess I'm back to that.

We could stop using OOTPOU and just use stats plus links...there okay.

I have a question in regards to putting player names in articles. I know the rule on how to properly write an article says to link the players name on the article so people can look at the player quickly. I just did the team preview for the media guide and it took me 45 minutes to put all the links in. I am new to this so I am not very fast but I find putting links in are time consuming and very clicky. I am finding I spend about 70% of the time writing the article then another 30% just doing the links. I know personally I usually don't use the links when reading I always have ootp open and follow along within the game. This is my 1st writing league so this is a new world to me but if there is a faster way to link the names please let me know.

This is it. Up top, click on the link URLConv and play around with it. With that, you can write and article with names of players like normal and with the click of a button, it'll convert that name to an URL link below. Works 95% of the time I'd say. Every once in awhile you do have to link someone manually.

Links are really useful. I don't think I'm in the minority when I say I do most of my reading at work or on my phone. When I'm home and in OOTP, I usually don't get on here often.
