There really aren't a lot of uses for bonus funds. Not really a great place to play as a rebuilding team, because you're better off funneling any extra money into something that will improve your revenue stream long term. Once your revenue is well over 120 million, if you don't have anyone to buy out, or aren't going to do something to your stadium, etc, it's a great place to blow your cash every other year. I'm pretty sure I could find something more useful if I tried, but it doesn't come with all the joy of spending 40 million on a single prospect and then watching him lump to nothing almost immediately.
