Statsplus Dev Report Question

Since we aren’t using Ootpou anymore, we will have to use the Statsplus Dev Reports. Problem is when I try to use them on the computer I never get a report. It just keeps spinning like it is generating one, but never finishes. I can get it to work on my phone, but not on my PC running Windows 10. Any suggestions?

I can't get statsplus to work at all on my phone or tablet - what's your secret there?

I never have a problem with stats plus on either computer or phone and I use it multiple times each day. I cant think of a reason it would not work.

Works great on my phone, but sometimes it is very reluctant to start the PC app. Once it does start though I have no problems with it
