most balanced-yes
best-no
Im going with the sun belt for best. I fully expect Mexico City to bounce back and end up challenging for division crown, and while I dont think san Antonio is on that level, I think they have underperformed their potential a bit as well.

Re: Random Thought of the Day
Yeah, I'd go with the Sun Belt. There really isn't a bad team in the bunch.
Boise and Vancouver are playing at their ceiling now IMO. They will probably regress as the year goes on. I am a big fan of Seattle though. I've felt they have been very under rated the past several seasons and are probably a top 5-6 team in the BBA(Jax, Pho, Oma, Cal, SF being the other 5). And Edmonton has all the pieces. They just need to trade some bats for some arms and they can be elite with the flip of a switch.
Sadly, I can no longer brag about the JLA. ATC and CCJ are both rebuilding, BRK is in it's last stand and Mon even hinted at a rebuild. While still respectable this season. We could be the worst in the BBA next year.

Re: Random Thought of the Day
I'm extremely surprised how Des Moines is doing so far. I really expected them to progress another step and compete for the playoff spots (though it's still early).
Then again, Des Moines hasn't had the chance to dominate Twin Cities and Yellow Springs to go on another run like last season... lol. They really killed our playoff hopes last year.

Sun Belt is best so far. Las Vegas, Phoenix, and Mexico City are all arguably as good as Seattle; Wichita is comparable to Vancouver/Calgary; and I'd still take San Antonio over Boise.
