Fall League question

The Talons have a shallow farm system (nothing like Munchen!), so virtually every significant player of note was on our Daytona Beach team for the Fall League.
My question is, for offseason development purposes, should I move them back to their previous levels (AAA, AA, etc)? I don't want the game engine to get them discouraged as the player spends the offseason in the equivalent of a rookie league ballclub. Would this affect their morale or ratings growth?

Not sure on your question, but I think the fall league teams are set as the highest minor league level. I seem to recall "promoting" to fall league and "demoting" to other leagues.

Yeah in theory the WL is a "promotion" from everywhere else. So be aware. If you want to put a guy back in say AAA, I'd send him to R and then promote him up, hopefully it'd balance the original "demotion".
I tend to return my guys to where they were, unless I'm planning on having them in the ML next year.

So follow-up question here as I'm trying to manage my rosters... When spring training begins, are your fall teams empty?
edit: HTML files seem to indicate yes, but if that's the case, why on earth do I have so many players in my minor league system? Like, if I need to respect the 30/30 for all the other minor league teams, I currently have 30 extra players lol. Like.. how on earth did that happen?

Edited my post while you replied I think.
Ok, so I can basically stash extra players there? I don't see much benefit to it, since they don't play until all the other leagues are done, though right?
edit: clicking through I guess it was just the couple teams I checked that showed movement on the rosters. Most are stilll full.

I use it to stash players that aren't ready for rookie league. Basically it's just extra spots... Do with it whatever you want.

I try not to put good prospects in there unless they just are going to be so bad in Rookie ball that they might have low morale.

I have a dozen or so crappy POT WL lifers that just sit there all year every year and act as "not ghost players" when the season starts. I never have enough top prospects to fill a full 25 man and don't feel like weeding through 100 1-star POTs to see which ones should go there every year.

Just treat anybody left there as an injury replacement, just saves you having to run to the FA's if you get a spell of injuries
