Twin Cities needs to go 4-9 to reach 50 wins. That would be better than I expected. Of course, I expected to trade Burkett, but I may extend him instead...Anyway, it appears that we might play our way out of last as well. Indy appears to be t-t-t-t-t...having a rough stretch.

If we had another 25 games left, we might catch Madison...

Man, we've fallen hard. 4-16 in our last 20. We had a shot at .500 but the injuries the last couple weeks have killed us.

Since trading Salazar, we've gone in the tank. Everyone has gotten injured and Villegas came back and sucked and then proceeded to get hurt again.

I'll take 6-4 against the murders row of Montreal, Huntsville, and Las Vegas. Went 2-1 against the Hustlers and Blazers, split with the Phantoms.
We won't always be able to slug our way out of trouble, but you won't lose too many games when averaging more than 2 HR per game (22 in 10). The only starters without home runs were Ramos and BFP.

Our much maligned bullpen went unscored on this last sim. That's a big deal- this sim Ed Staples returns, as a setup man for now.

We're the opposite.

Against non-playoff teams we're 46-43 (.517) and 38-22 (.633) against playoff teams. Which means we'll get swept in our first series, I'm sure.

Four wins to make 50? Lol, that would take us at least two /three sims at our current rates. Joe Clements again proves himself the enigma, confident & commanding in triple-A and shelled out of sight in the majors. Looks like 2030 will be another one in Triple-A for him but he's young and has plenty of time to develop. Sexto Castillo has done better than expected as a backup Grasshopper, keep it up and he may well come to camp next year with a starting outfield job in mind. Steve 'Horse' Hoffman may well have started his last MBBA game at 41 as he drops out of the rotation. Enjoy your big league uniform while you can Horse
