Does everyone else have a crazy short Rule 5 pool in game? I have 11 players to choose from.

Mike, it looks fine to me. I have a normal sized pool.

That was mentioned early on in the expansion process, but was dropped.

I've always preferred Rule 1+3+1, myself.

Or, given today's climate, Rule 2+3+7. It's all the same, right? Just pronounce it "five" and it works.
