I am not at all surprised at New Orleans beating Indy.
I am absolutely floored by Brooklyn taking out Huntsville.

4 more one run victories for the BK underdogs. I was actually more confident in this series then the Hawaii series. Huntsville is very vulnerarable to left handed pitching. So I put my best 2 starters in the bullpen in favor of matchups. It was a risky decision that I'm lucky paid off. It's going to be crazy in the Landis. Two teams with absolutely nothing to lose. Just a weird season. Took over Brooklyn on June 1st dead last in the entire MBBA, won an abnormal amount of one run games, won a playoff series on a walk off walk, took the life out of a series on a walk off grandslam, and now we might actually be the favorite(better regular season record) in the Landis.

Eh, yes benching Ward was a ballsy call, but let's not act like Barrón shouldn't have already been in the rotation over the extremely lucky Hill. "Crime Spree" rode a 1.43 WHIP, 4.13 FIP, and a 2.4 K/BB rate (11.5% K-BB/PA). Hill had the hot hand, but him being in the rotation in the first place is more controversial than him being removed.ae37jr wrote:4 more one run victories for the BK underdogs. [of course Barron went on to get creamed in his one start to really undermine both sides of the argument]

Wait, I just noticed this. Career ending shoulder inflammation? That's a tough one there.recte44 wrote: Tuesday, October 20th, 2026
Halifax Hawks: Pedro Torrez has suffered a setback in his recovery from injury. He has elected to retire rather than continue his rehabilitation. This is a CAREER ENDING injury!
