What to do with the Moonshiners?
Okay, so I have set up a contentious situation between Greenville city officials and the franchise. Now the question is, where does it all end? I have talked briefly with Matt about potential relocation destinations but I wanted to get the league's take on the situation since I've only been around 2 seasons.
I like the uniqueness of the color scheme (how many maroon and gold teams do you see?) and the logo/jersey combo has grown on me. However, the franchise has made just 9 post-season appearances, won 4 JLA titles, has only 4 Cartwright appearances, 3 Landis appearances (0 wins), and just 19 winning seasons in 46 years of baseball in Greenville. Is it time for a change, or do the longer tenured league members feel Greenville should remain in the MBWBA world?

I love the Shiners so I voted to keep 'em. But it's your franchise...

I like the colors. Was never a fan of the name. Indifferent to location.

I'm not an old-timer, but I voted to move. What the heck. You know you got it if it makes you good, eh?

I guess since we never play in October the weather wouldn't be a big concern outside of the start of the season...trmmilwwi wrote:Need more Canada, eh?! Ottawa Rough Riders?!
