Don't look now but ...

Ignacio Rodruiguez is getting beeeeeetter.
He was 9/6/8 and 1.5 star when he was initially traded I think. I know star ratings are shaky player to player but he'd gotten to 2 star by the end of the year (probably subtle FB and CB improvement) and he just added a point of CO to get to 2.5 star. Where will he be by opening day?
I think I check him almost as much as I do my own prospects. I'm really excited to see what he is in a few seasons.
In other contested players, looks like the Dusty Light Jr. is good crowd (that I'm not a part of) is winning so far.

He was on pace to give up nearly 50 HRs over a full season. I am *really* hoping to be wrong because Chey is a nice guy and that franchise needs a 'win'... I'm just confident that I'm not.

What in 42 starts? His pace was for 38 (still not good), but not 50.

230 IP gives me 43. It's nice to know we can just average our respective hyperboles for the correct answer from now on.

My original posit was that his '6' MOV was closer to '5' than '7', so if it bumped enough to round up for even a short period of time then that is very good news for him.

Also, I know it's early, but on pace to give up 24 HR this year. (and his MO just increased during the second sim)

And he just gave up 462 homeruns in his last three starts...

Not every team has the LH'd power that BRK has. Of course, most of the good teams at least come close...
I know its a small sample size, but this will be a trend to watch (if you're unaware, the last one is OPS):
vs. LHB 81 25 6 0 5 14 4 22 0 1 1 .309 .349 .568 .917
vs. RHB 44 7 0 0 1 4 3 12 0 0 0 .159 .213 .227 .440

Yeah I saw that. Could end up being his kryptonite.
