Career Games- Bopper Kengos needs to appear in 87 games in order to become the All-Time leader, with just the great Surfer Ted Sale yet to surpass.

Career Home Runs- Charles Puckett still needs 37 homers to tie Morris Pennebaker in second place behind all-time leader Kengos.

Career RBI- Puckett needs 89 to move into second place behind Kengos here.

Career Walks- Puckett needs 49 walks to surpass Rogelio Morales for second place behind all-time leader Douglas Newhouse, and then another 11 to break the record.

No pitching records are in anyone's crosshairs this season.

Puckett hasn't had less than 60 walks in a season since 1997. Mildly healthy, I'd say we at least have a new walks leader.

With Nebraska in the books, pitching records are hard to come by! 8)

Sale is 51 and still 4 stars. Maybe I can coax him out of retirement to play for his old organization, even if it is in Tucson now.

Puckett is also 88 RBI shy of going from 4th to 2nd in career RBI behind Kengos. Not sure he'll get the chance at that being a leadoff batter this season. He hit leadoff last season and that ruined some more RBI chances I'd say.
