Uecker has 1 less PA than the lowest amount on the ballot. Bummer because he had a heckuva season considering how many PAs he needed to accrue that much WAR.
Looks like Odhieng accrued 100 days of service time in 2061 so he must have been on the IL for a while and exhausted his rookie eligibility?

Couldn't figure out why Uecker was left off. That makes sense I guess, but sucks considering he'd have likely been a top 5 vote getter based on his WAR alone.
