I did 3 TN yesterday to try and get to my 5. If I failed then I'll pay the penalty and roll my TN into 2065 count. First time in my 60+ seasons I've not met my requirements though. May the judges grant me leniency

Did the team news minimum requirement decrease from six to five? Constitution still mentions needing to get 12 PPT.
