As always, @jiminyhopkins has done a great job in Tokyo, but he was having too much fun and we just can't allow that. Please welcome @RebelArmy as new GM of the Tokyo Pearls!

I feel like this is the second lot of welcomes having been welcomed when I've done write ups, I can't say how much Sean as helped me get to grips with not only Tokyo but the GBC in general and I'll always be thankful of that.
