UPDATE: MATT HAS CONFIRMED THAT IF YOU HAVE A 12/1 EXPORT ON STATSPLUS, YOU ARE GOOD TO GO!


For those of you who don't want to wade through a couple hours of Discord conversations, due to an issue with exports for the 12/1 sim, we are needing to roll back to that date. It's not anyone's greatest desire...but it's the thing Matt and the GB think makes the most sense.

As a result, Matt has recreated the league file for 12/1 and updated the Sim Calendar ( http://montybrewster.net/forums/app.php/calendar/ )

PLEASE:

1) Download it (ensure the game date is 12/1)
2) Redo your 12/1 changes (*)
3) Export for FA Sim #2

(*) If your current export on StatsPlus is still from 12/1, you can import it, scan it to make sure it's good to go, and then export again. Otherwise you will need to recreate what you did previously.

Per the updated calendar, the next Sim is Sunday at 8:00 PM Central.

StatsPlus may wind up being wonky for a bit here. So if you check stats on StatsPlus, it's okay if there is a red cross, but:

1) Make sure the Game Date says 2058-12-1
2) Ensure the time of your export is after the time of the league file: April 27, 2024, 5:11 p.m. PDT

I have exported with the correct date and with a red x. I will consider it good.

I didn’t download the now never happened file. Will I have to redownload the updated 12/1 file?

I get same - i THINK it’s because s+ still has 12/16 date and we are putting up 12/1 date.

Theoretically, ifyoou have a 12/1 export on StatsPlus, it seems like it should work. But I think it wisest to redownload the 12/1 file and import from FTP...check it over...and export again just to be sure. I did that. Made no changes (becuase I think that's fairest). The value of that is that the export gets tagged with a date later than the league file.

Ultimately, I'm paranoid of these things. It's worth the few minutes to me to be sure.
