BBA Switching to OOTP25 for 2059 Season

The poll resulted in a wide majority in favor of switching after this season, so we will.

We will switch to OOTP25 after the playoffs conclude. Stay tuned for additional information on this, including some GBC upgrades, development lab rules, and the such. We'll slow down the transition between versions so we have a little time to adjust together. All in all, I think you'll like it.

The conversion to the 1-500 scale, and their associated performance rates, was done in a way that re-normalized the ratings themselves.
