2058, Governing Board Change

Brett Golden, the JL Director, already has stepped away from his post in Rocky Mountain so that means he also steps away from the Governing Board. We are taking this opportunity to re-structure slightly.
First, welcome back Ron Collins to the Governing Board!!!
Secondly, the former positions known as "League Director" and "League Advisor" are now being changed to four "Division Directors", as stated in the Constitution here:
Each Division Director will have one Division to oversee, as follows:

Division Directors (4): The League Directors work under the direction of the Commissioner to ensure that league members are informed, educated, and active in the community. The League Directors are responsible for Participation Point tracking, new General Manager on-boarding and development, and most importantly monitoring forum participation to ensure that all General Managers are fulfilling their participation obligations. Their efforts should ultimately work to achieve maximum engagement among the General Managers in their league. They should also provide guidance and perspective of the membership as a whole in helping the Governing Board arrive at decisions on issues germane to league functions.
