Scouting is off so I think it is pure luck of the draw going forward.

FYI I can still offer contracts to IFAs for $0. I sent one as a test.

We may want to delete the players from the pool or enroll them in school.

My understanding is that the last update has now fixed this issue going forward.

I really hope so, because the less options we have to build up our teams, the less interesting the game parts are. We had to zap it till they fixed this but I'll be glad to (hopefully) see it back next year.
