Barney Bancroft's One Time Cairo and Riyadh "Quick Fix" Plan
This gives the two expansion teams two players that should be a "quick fix" for their most glaring weaknesses, as well as one pitcher to help.
They will be each signed to a one-year deal for way under market $1,000,000 with two team options of $1,500,000. They will also be allowed to release two players without penalty by posting in Ping: Commish.

Oh, and did I forget to mention?
Fan Interest back to 75
Revenue fixed
Budget set to $70,000,000
Cash on Hand changed to $10,000,000

And don't forget this!
Cairo and Riyadh will receive "Competitive Balance Picks" in the next two Ammy Drafts, 2048 and 2049.
These will be assigned as the first two picks in the 1st Round Supplemental, and the first two picks in the 2nd Round Supplemental.

Cairo:
"A Complete and Utter Lack of Power"
Frank Mahaffey

"A Good First Baseman, with Power"
Nacho Mendez

"A Pitcher"
Juan Nicto

Riyadh:
"A Complete and Utter Lack of a Reasonable Center Fielder"
Jose Leyva

"A Complete and Utter Lack of a Reasonable Catcher and Captain"
Diesel Dave

"A Pitcher"
Jose Lima

For those who are new, please be aware that Barney Bancroft is the founder of UMEBA. A former Brewster journeyman infielder, he won the Nobel Peace Prize for bringing peace to the Middle East and in 2036 was elected President of the United States. His full story can be found in the "UMEBA for Dummies" book, part of the 2045 Brewster Media Guide. This new plan to solve the league's expansion woes is only the latest in a long history of problem solving by the former world leader, who undoubtedly will have his head carved on Mt. Rushmore, alongside Monty Brewster himself.

Very cool. So is this basically fixing some sort of issues with their joining the league via expansion?

The $11m contact for Juan Rodriguez should really be one of those dropped but I’m very tempted to give him one last chance to prove himself

Tough call.
I probably don't have any big contracts to drop, but I will drop a couple.
Need to think about whom.

I’ll give it two weeks of ST (if that’s alright Matt ?) to see if I can raise a rotation without Rodriguez before I decide
