Minor PPT Counting Change

Anyway, if you've been diligently scanning the PPT tracker for all these years (and why wouldn't you be?), you no doubt have looked at the weird decimal point fractions and had a good chuckle. Well, no more! After this off-season is complete, we've decided that at the end of each PPT acquisition season (right after the Landis) all portions of PPT will be rounded up to the next whole number. (Note--you will still need to hit your BBA/UMEBA numbers).

That's all.

You may now carry on with your off-season activities secure in the knowledge that no PPT will be rendered apart in the future.
