2046 UMEBA Expansion- Two New Teams

Please join me in welcoming the two newest UMEBA teams!
The Riyadh Red Crescents will be run by a returning member, "The Genius" Stu Hopkins! @felipe
The Cairo Pharoahs will be run by a new member, Woody Donahue! @woods
The two teams have been given some free agents already. There will be no expansion draft. They are set to the same budget as the other UMEBA teams. All minor league teams are assigned.
The two expansion teams will draft twice in each round of the next UMEBA draft.
