Opening Day Requirements

For the sake of looking like you are fully checked in and to save Recte both time and his sanity, please make sure of the following for the Opening Day sim:

*Any spring training non-roster invitees who made the 27-man roster for Opening Day must be moved to the 40-man. If there's not an asterisk next to their name on the overview screen under Rosters & Transactions, it means they need to be addressed.

*Make sure your minor league rosters from Single A to Triple A have enough starters, relievers, catchers and back-ups to field a competitive roster. For example, a two-man rotation or three relievers or only one catcher or having eight outfielders but no back-ups for the infield (and vice versa) do not make a competitive roster. You do not want Recte to click on the dreaded "Ask AI to set-up complete minor league system" option.

Also make sure you're under the salary cap as designated in the financial report.
