Given those comp levels, here are what I think are the currently comp-eligible FA. Note, there are no Type-A players in this pool. I note also that Lionel Crepin and Angel De Castillo qualified by WAR, but I think are not eligible due to being released from Team Options (but I did not have this info really handy to check).

So, in other words, please do check my work.

Not debating that I should receive compensation for Halford after he signed with an UMEBA team, but could we update the constitution to reflect that? I legitimately thought we would get compensation regardless, if someone signed before opening day. I think it makes sense to not provide compensation in the event that an UMEBA team signs though.

Precedent was set when Omaha did not receive comp when the then-eligible Virgil Shafer signed with UMEBA during 2042-2043 off-season.

Agree that it should be made clear in Constitution though.

Yeah, I'm fine with it. I remember the Shafer situation now that you mention it. Just want to make sure it gets updated because I totally forgot about that and I was surprised. I just wish I made an offer on him and made him a little more difficult to sign.
