2042-2043 Constitution Updates/Changes

FYI - The constitution has received a bit of care from Matt (and a touch from me). Find the update here.

The changes are:

• Removing failed vesting options from receiving compensation picks. This was a GB voted rule change. As the director (whose responsibility it is to track these things) my intention is to ensure contracts signed before this change will still receive such picks. If I screw up, please let me know!
• Added the requirement/expectation to include trades made in your exports whenever possible.
• Changes to the historical section to reflect UMEBA expansions.
• Structural changes to include the UMEBA more accurately and to reflect rule changes that will support its expansion/draft in 2043 and beyond.
• Altered the rule that limited trades to 5 players to support the fact that teams would just split deals in two. (This was a rule driven by OOTP limits rather than culture demand).
• Some general language alterations that don't impact the rules (for example, changed "Disabled List" to "Injury List."

Matt can come along and add more if I've missed anything...

Love the vesting options change. I wonder if it would be easier on you to collect all the players with vesting options now before contracts are signed. Edmonton only has Vicente Ventura and Jose Torres with vesting options in the future.

I figure it's a bit of a manual process, though, so I know I can screw it up.
