Offseason Compensation Thresholds 2040-2041

Type A Batters: 3.0 WAR
Type B Batters: 1.4 WAR
Type A Starting Pitchers: 4.2 WAR
Type B Starting Pitchers: 2.8 WAR
Compensation for Relievers (S2 only for now): 1.0 WAR

Pretty sure Wood was not tendered a contract (arbitration). Don't see it on his page but he only has 5 years of service time.

RP Lorenzo Montalvo had 1.3 WAR last season and should give Montreal a 2nd rounder but is not on this list

Yes, comp picks don't happen unless they get signed prior to Opening Day.

and as I found out a few seasons ago, being signed in the opening day sim doesnt count
