Does the UMEBA have requirements like the BBA does? I don't think the EBA did, at least in my brief time there.

I don't think it is supposed to have the hard & fast requirements that the BBA obviously has, but it is good to keep the GM's under pressure to try and meet the requirements of the BBA as after all they are supposed to be striving to become BBA GM's
