Just an FYI. The Board has approved a formal constitution change regarding pitching rotations. Specifically, we've formally removed the following passage.
Teams may choose to employ either a four or five man starting pitching staff during the regular season. Only during the playoffs is a three man starting pitching rotation allowable.
This was out of date as far as OOTP's capabilities (fatigue. PAP, 7-day lineups, and other factors are now in place), and meets the expectation of how OOTP 20 will work with its opene/follower capability. Long live the cyclone.
