Sim Moved to Monday

To give everyone time to adjust their rosters, get the file in order, get exported, fit, firm and ready for the season, and to write some previews, we're moving Friday's Opening Day sim to Monday. Oh, and the HTML is updated.
Let's all make 2001 our best season yet!
