GM Change, Boise Spuds

Brett has decided to step away from the league, despite our best efforts to keep him.

This means Boise will have its second GM- welcome Ryan Wangman (starfox64) as the new Boise GM.

Brett and I didn't always agree on everything (or anything for that matter) but sad to see him go. Hope he comes back at some point. In the meantime, welcome to the new Chicago based GM. Always good to have another of those.
