That's cool - but next time you're going to delay the sim, I think we'd all appreciate a short message saying something to that effect. Otherwise I might have to take up where Joel left off. :)

Hey, let me be the first (and only, apparently) to say:

No worries on the sim. Thanks for the work you do and I realize its just a game. If you didn't have time to shoot us a note letting us know that you didn't have any free time its cool. Thanks again for letting me be part of this league and I hope your move went well. There are at least a few of us who can keep things in perspective.

Perspective schmerspective.

(Aaron, pretty sure schmerspective isn't a word.)

Oh. Schmerspective perspective then.

Anyway, I'm not asking that every sim be on time or even within two or three hours of the export time, or even necessarily the night of the sim. Just that if it's not, we find out, you know, maybe the night of, so that we don't spend an extra hour or two awake. Not *yawn* that it happened to me. Anyone got any coffee?

Well said. Ditto. :bowtie:

Glad to see some support there. This is my first season in this league, but I've really been surprised with the negativity I've seen in a number of areas ... much of what has appeared, to me at least, to be pretty unwarranted and unnecessary.

I think you've done a fine job recte.

Its a hobby. Sometimes life gets in the way. When you don't have a bed set up to sleep on posting no sim kinda goes by the wayside. :)

When did we miss a sim? I was traveling and didn't even notice.

It is entirely because I do enjoy the game (and demonstrate such through a preponderance of posts, PPT and other contributions) that I am disappointed when it doesn't happen and I'm anticipating the event. Otherwise I wouldn't say anything at all. In other words: it is precisely because I do notice and do care about this silly game that I really appreciate knowing if there's something amiss.

when u announced u were moving on that day and originally cancelled the sim, it shouldn't have been a big deal then. So it shouldn't be a big surprise this sim got skipped. When the sim time came and went i assumed it was going to be delayed. Anyone who honestly didn't realize that really needs to wake up. I have moved a bunch and i know how it goes. never ever works as planned.
