Oh yeah, now that you mention it, it definitely sounds like he's exporting from the wrong in-game date. That would tell him his export was successful, but not let it be taken in pre-sim.

why does it keep saying I miss the exports?

The "Export Tracker" in OU says your last export was on 12/1 at 22:05.
When you export, check the tracker to see if it shows your export. If not, it hasn't exported properly.

I may have missed this one, but it's saying that I missed like 5 of them this off season, but when I download, my contract offers to coaches and players have been processed. How can that be?

OOTPOU says Jeff exported on 3-Dec at 16:44. IE Yesterday afternoon. So apparently that went through fine.

I assume Harold exported too late, as the same page says he exported this morn at 10:52.
