Gotta be Baghdad or Kuwait City there about as central to the UMEBA as there is or maybe Tehran if it's a neutral site but surely not Boise, surely there be uproar within the UMEBA. Maybe I was sent to be the test case for the governing board. But Joe couldn't have been more helpful and patient yesterday in my bizarre issues with getting the league file to work in my OOTP game. And because of Joe, I'm able to access the league flawlessly. So, thank you Joe and I can see from my interaction with you and our pleasant chat that you're probably the perfect person for this!
