What a week it was for the Cairo Pharaohs. The ball club won all six of their games this week and the currently have an 8 game win streak overall. Cairo now sits in second place with a 12-5 record, 1 game out of first.
The week saw some standout performances by a number of players including outstanding pitching performances by starters Guruvayar Vashisth, David Torres, and Grigore Balas. Liam Johnston also earned his first 3 saves of the season. On the offensive side of things, Santiago Duran hit 2 more home runs and drove in 13 runs while Antonio Roman continued his hot start to the season with 11 hits, including a home run and 6 RBI.
