The "Master Plan TM" is no more in Portland. Announced today by assistant GM in Portland, Mrs. Kate Fiscus, the team has officially issued that the "Master Plan TM" is gone.

"Yes, a lot of hubbub was made 5 years ago about the team's master plan" commented the newly hired assistant general manager. "Some parts worked. Some didn't. But it was intended to by a 5 year plan and that is now over. It's time to move on to the next step as a franchise and fix some of the mistakes the organization has made along the way. It's time for "Phase II TM"".

Reporter: What will the new name of the plan be called?

Kate Fiscus: I said it. It's called "Phase IITM"".

Reporter: So the plan is called phase two?

Kate: No, "Phase IITM"".

Reporter: That's what I said. Phase 2.

Kate: No. "Phase IITM"". Roman numerals.

Reporter: "Phase IITM""?

Kate: Yes.

Reporter: So what details can you share of this "Phase IITM"" plan?

Kate: "Phase II TM"". Say it right. No plan!

Reporter: Ok, what details are there of "Phase IITM"" that you can share.

Kate: None. I'm not sharing any plans with you guys at the moment. But you'll likely see them implemented here very soon. They'll shake the landscape of this organization for sure. Big moves are about to be made.

Reporter: Do these moves have anything to do with the recent discoveries of turmoil with the front office?

Kate: There is no turmoil. Only discussion how to get the franchise on track to our ultimate goal. A goal of making the post-season and ultimately winning a Landis title.

Reporter: Does that plan include all of the names on the current roster?

Kate: I can't answer that question at the moment. All I will say is that "Phase IITM"" will see a huge shake-up from top to bottom.

Reporter: Is Menzies a part of "Phase IITM"".
