The Charlotte Flyers will play in the postseason for the first time since 2051. The Flyers had to play a 163rd regular season game in order to earn the final wildcard spot, but they made the most of the opportunity and beat the Las Vegas Hustlers in an exciting, come from behind effort by a score of 5-2. Tadataka Yoshikawa had a single, a home run, and 3 RBI and Victor Frazier added a 2 run home run in the victory. Their performances will be long remembered by the Charlotte faithful.

Now Charlotte’s attention will turn to the Montreal Blazers, who they will play in the Geohagen Series. The two teams played 14 times this year with Montreal winning 9.
