In this edition of Flight Log, a look at the players in the Charlotte organization who were selected for All-Star Teams at their level.

The Charlotte Flyers had one player selected for the BBA Johnson League All-Star Team. That player was starting pitcher Buwono Mainaky, who has accumulated the following stats: 4-7, 5.04 in 17 starts. Mainaky has been great at times, but also struggled through stretches of the season. His 3.37 FIP, 77 FIP-, and 2.6 WAR at the All-Star break show that he has better underlying numbers than his top level numbers indicate. The Flyers are hoping that his ERA will move closer to his FIP during the second half of the season.
