Beirut Needs a Starting Pitcher

I'd like to add a front of the rotation starter. Those are few and far between, so I'm willing to pay. Need to be 55 (preferably 60) or better rated and have 2 years of control after this one.
Willing to move some combo of the following prospects:
1B Marco Acheson 80 pot 13/7/7/7/7
OF Arnold Norris 55 pot 8/8/6/6/6
SP Paddy Flemming 55 pot 7/6/6
Any relief prospect in my system, there are only 15 or so of them rated 60 or better.
