Without bonus funds, what cash are we drawing from if we, say, convert cash to budget? I know these are not meant to be long-term homes for GMs so just these nagging questions from time to time.

This participation point reward is for Cash (in-game) to Budget, NOT Bonus Funds to Budget

When the constitution/rewards says Cash, it's in-game

When the constitution/rewards says Bonus Funds, it's Bonus Funds out of game
