On April 5th, Manama hosted Jerusalem in a game that went into the 12th inning before Manama pushed across a run to win. The game went that far only because of a pretty amazing play:
BOTTOM OF THE 8TH
Manama Pearls batting - Pitching for Jerusalem Hebrew Hammers : LHP Manuel Andrés

Batting: RHB Joshua Koka 0-0: Called Strike
0-1: Foul Ball, location: 2F
0-2: Ball
1-2: SOLO HOME RUN (Flyball, 7LD, EV 95.6 MPH), Distance : 357 ft

Pitching: RHP Adrian Kraft
Pinch Hitting: LHB Shihei Endo 0-0: Ball
1-0: DOUBLE (Line Drive, 9LM, EV 113.1 MPH)

Batting: LHB Taylor Barfoot 0-0: Intentional Walk

Pinch Hitting: LHB Bobby Parker 0-0: Lines into TRIPLE play, 8-4-3 (Line Drive, 8LD, EV 85.6 MPH)

Bottom of the 8th over - 1 run, 2 hits, 0 errors, 0 left on base; Jerusalem 3 - Manama 3
That’s right, the Pearls had to go into overtime because the Hammers managed to pull off the old “intentional walk to set up the triple play.”
