Update: UMEBA Rule 5

It should be noted that according to the video, it appears that the UMEBA will have their inaugural Rule 5 Draft (pending any changes) in this next off-season, tentatively scheduled for mid-December. Just something to keep in mind as your manage your 40-man during this season.
