UMEBA - Stadium Guidelines

From the recent UMEBA Podcast, one of the Matt's goals was for the owner to update (create) the Stadiums for their teams.

I really interested in doing this for Cairo as the current 2,500 seat stadium won't really cut it in terms of capacity.

Therefore, before I start looking at it, I'd like to know if there are any guidelines. I imagine Stadium management will be much simpler than the BBA teams... IE - Maintenance Fee's etc...

So my main question's are

- Seat Capacity Limit? Maybe 15,000-20,000? I really don't know here.
- Grass or Turf? Does it matter?
- Open or Retractable Roof?

As Matt requested, I'll use the online Stadium Generator to calculate the Field Factors.

Any input would be appreciated.

Well these are the BBA guidelines but id imagine ours need to be a bit different...
