With the economics of the league now fleshed out and established, the team is looking to aggressively build a winning baseball team as fast as possible. With a ton of money to spend, the team has signed over 200 players already and the process of roster thinning has already begun. A few of the highlights so far are the resigning of the Tuna, the major revamping of the pitching staff including bringing in Speed Limit to provide quality innings and much needed leadership, and the major coup of brining in a pair of 24 year old major (by UMEBA standards anyway) bats in Dawit Taji and Jose Ramirez.
As the offseason carries on the team is looking to maybe make a few trades for specific depth pieces and trying to get a grasp of what the AAA and AA rosters should look like and cut bait with the rest. Stay tuned.

200 players signed! How long did it take you to cut the rosters down?
